The MyLab 70XVG from Esaote reportedly leverages the latest electronic components and architectural solutions to deliver a premium ultrasound scanner for multiple medical applications. Image quality and performance features are included as well as Xview real-time algorithms that reportedly offer high SNR, reduced speckle-noise contribution and increased diagnostic confidence. The ergonomic scanner features an adjustable LCD arm that can be positioned at the touch of a button. An additional LCD screen allows for easy visualization of application-dedicated controls and new lightweight transducers address stress reduction and optimal working postures. November 2007
