High Marks for GE Customer Service

IMV ServiceTrak ranked GE Healthcare No. 1 for CT and MR Service in a comparison against five other manufacturers of the modalities.

An independent marketing research firm specializing in medical imaging, IMV conducts its assessment annually and focuses on service response, service quality and remote diagnostics.

“Customers are guiding our efforts, as evidenced by our focus on the ‘Net Promoter Score’ methodology,” said Dee Mellor, vice president of Global Services for GE Healthcare. “The published IMV data validates what we’re doing, but we’re humbled by it. We know we have even more work in front of us to deliver the best, most responsive service experience for our customers.”

The IMV ServiceTrak assessment reached 722 imaging personnel for CT, and GE ranked first in 23 out of 34 categories and exceeded industry standards in 31 categories. The assessment also included 481 imaging personnel for MR, and GE ranked No. 1 in 18 of 34 categories and exceeded industry standards in 27 categories. For both modalities, GE demonstrated continued improvement versus previous years.
