NovaRad Names NXC Imaging as New Distributor

July 7, 2010 – Medical imaging company NovaRad recently expanded its distributor network by adding NXC Imaging to serve facilities in Wisconsin, South Dakota, North Dakota and parts of Illinois, Montana and Michigan.

NXC Imaging will represent NovaRad’s products including:

• NovaPACS, an open and scalable enterprise-level system designed specifically to meet the needs of small to mid-sized facilities;

• NovaRIS, a web-based radiology information system that tracks patient information procedures, exam status, revenues and insurance payouts to help monitor quality, efficiency and profitability;

• NovaMG that enables direct streamlined mammography reading and reporting; and

• NovaVault, providing redundant servers and disaster recovery to any DICOM 3.0 compliant PACS system.

The partnership supports NovaRad’s growth strategy to increase the size of its installations domestically and internationally while keeping its products affordable. The addition of NXC Imaging will complement NovaRad’s in-house sales efforts.
