IntraMed offers the CSO Telehealth platform to help create remote and home monitoring for patients in a variety of telehealth applications and to help connect disparate systems.
The software allows connectivity so data can be shared between point of care devices, therapists, patients and internal and external data recording systems. It helps connect this information to electronic medical record systems and with security and central IT systems.
The system is used by the Medical Center of Plano in Plano TX for anticoagulation medication monitoring.
