POWERHEART AED G3 Pro Customizes Defibrillation for Each Patient

The POWERHEART AED G3 Pro features semi-automatic operation, manual override option and three-lead ECG monitoring to give hospitals the tools they need to be in complete control. The color ECG displays the victim’s heart rate, waveform, number of shocks delivered and the elapsed rescue time – exactly what resuscitation teams need to know, the company said. Escalating STAR biphasic technology customizes defibrillation therapy for each patient. Features include non-committed shock, pacemaker detection and synchronized shock.

Rescue Ready performance sets the G3 Pro apart from other devices, according to Cardiac Science. Every day, to ensure anytime functionality, the AED self checks all main components (battery, hardware, software and pads). Each AED is under warranty for seven years.
