Newer Phantoms Eliminate Patient Repositioning

Image Analysis’ N-Vivo System for phantom-calibrated Coronary and Aortic (Calcium) Scoring and QCT Bone Mineral Analysis (Densitometry) now includes optional longer calibration phantoms that can be used for cardiac scoring, aorta scoring and BMD in the hip and spine without patient repositioning. The new Coronary Artery Score and Aortic Score software is highly automated, fast and reproducible, the company says, and both provide calcium and mass score.
