Customers Give TeraRecon Positive Marks in Key Areas in New KLAS Performance Report

September 20, 2013 —TeraRecon announced positive ratings in the recently released KLAS 2013 advanced visualization performance report entitled “Advanced Visualization 2013: How Advanced Is It?” TeraRecon’s general performance ratings were particularly noteworthy, in that the company received the top scores for the following general indicators:

  • 100% of TeraRecon’s customers surveyed indicated that the company is part of their long-term plans;
  • 94% of TeraRecon’s customers surveyed indicated that they would buy the product again; and
  • 62% of TeraRecon’s customers surveyed indicated that TeraRecon is their best vendor (as compared to the second highest score of 33%).

The KLAS 2013 advanced visualization report also analyzed attitudes toward consolidating vendors, and found that the majority of those surveyed said they would consider using the advanced visualization solution for their primary reading environment. The report further revealed that TeraRecon was tied for the highest percentage of customers who said they would use the vendor for their primary reading environment.

With the recent introduction of new enterprise vendor-neutral viewing solutions, TeraRecon has leveraged its award-winning advanced visualization platform to include options for the zero-footprint, browser-based iNtuitionEMV (Enterprise Medical Viewer) as well as a professional multi-modality 2-D/3-D/4-D viewer called iNtuitionREVIEW, all of which support a range of interoperability features to allow integration with other clinical information systems such as picture archive and communication systems (PACS), electronic medical records (EMR) and vendor neutral archive (VNA).
