After two years of virtual meetings, the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography & Interventions (SCAI) looks forward to welcoming more than 2,000 attendees to an exciting, fully live meeting in Atlanta, May 19-22.

May 10, 2022 — After two years of virtual meetings, the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography & Interventions (SCAI) looks forward to welcoming more than 2,000 attendees to an exciting, fully live meeting in Atlanta, May 19-22.

Every year, SCAI Scientific Sessions brings together the interventional cardiology community from around the world to share the latest clinical data, procedural guidance, and advanced expertise in the field. Combining knowledge with insight and practical advice, the 2022 program will feature more than 500 faculty members and 250 abstracts on the topics of: 

•    Congenital, Coronary, Peripheral, Structural, and Cath Lab Management tracks
•    Scientific and clinical research-abstracts
•    Poster competition
•    Live cases
•    Networking, collaboration, and discussion
•    MSCAI and FSCAI induction ceremonies
•    SCAI Women in Innovation 

Other highlights include:

The Keynote Session will feature The Dynamic and Ever-Changing Role of the Interventional Cardiologist, a conversation with Julio C. Palmaz, MD.

The Founders Lecture will feature The Birth and Evolution of Coronary Interventions with Spencer B. King, III, MD, MSCAI.

The Hildner Lecture will feature Treatment Options for Best Outcomes in Women with Alexandra Lansky, MD, FSCAI.

The Mullins Lecture will feature Innovations in Congenital Interventional Cardiology with Ziyad M. Hijazi, MD, MSCAI.
