The staffing firm SpringBoard Healthcare is conducting a wage information survey to gather information about cath lab’s across the country. Reader input is needed to create a clear picture of trends in the industry. The data will also help show the impact of healthcare reform on wages and facilities. The survey is open to any staff involved in cardiac cath labs, electrophysiology (EP) and interventional radiology (IR).
Springboard first conducted this survey in 2011, which indentified several trends. See the results from the 2011 survey.
Survey participants will receive the full report containing final results allowing participants to benchmark themselves against the industry. This industry survey includes data on such information as:
- Wage trends
- Overtime hours
- On-call pay
- Bonus information
- Facility size
- Certification type
- Geographical breakdown
- Bonus information
