Service for Migrating Film, Paper to Digital

To assist facilities with the transfer of patient images and/or medical records into an electronic information management system, eHealth Global Technologies will introduce its new service at HIMSS for migrating film or paper into a digital format.

The eHealthLoader service assists healthcare institutions in transforming legacy data into digital systems, such as PACS, EMRs or other clinical information systems (CIS). Through the use of industry standards, such as DICOM and HL7, along with the latest digitizing technology, eHealthLoader provides a solution for facilities seeking to capture historical paper or film-based medical records electronically. The service also interfaces with a healthcare facility's existing IT systems and uploads the data for immediate use by clinicians. Additionally, the service can provide a "digital bridge" to migrate data from one digital system to another.
