Web-Based Cardiology PACS Now Compliant With ACC-NCDR, STS and State Registries

March 24, 2011 – Infinitt North America and Intelligent Business Solutions (IBS) announced a marketing partnership to enable a single point-of-access to both the CardioPulse Cardiovascular Information System (CVIS) and Infinitt Cardiology Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS) functionality. This integration will save customers' time and increase productivity by eliminating manual data collection and submission to national and state registries.

Infinitt’s Cardiology PACS was launched in 2009 and has continued to expand its functionality with advanced capabilities. It now includes visualization, analysis, post-processing and reporting tools for all types of cardiology imaging: echocardiography, cardiac catheterization, nuclear medicine, noninvasive vascular and electrocardiograms (ECGs).

"This integrated solution is user-friendly and requires very little training. Integrating technology solutions such as these is an important step towards creating a common repository and point of access for all images and data related to a patient's cardiovascular condition," said David Smarro, president and CEO of Infinitt North America.

The Infinitt Cardiology PACS runs on the same database as the Infinitt PACS for radiology and features Web-based reporting with auto-population of data, automatic distribution capabilities, advanced post-processing with measurement analysis tools and statistical generation for monthly management and accreditation reports.
