GE Tailors Monitoring, Diagnostic Cardiology Service Plans to Needs of Customers

April 17, 2009 – GE Healthcare is introducing three service agreements for owners of GE monitoring and diagnostic cardiology products and solutions, including telemetry, patient and Holter monitors, and cardiac stress, cardiology management and electrocardiograph systems.

The three service plans for monitoring and diagnostic cardiology system customers are available in a comprehensive or in-house option and include access to online training. They include:

• RapidCare features stepped up response time, same-day repairs and next-day availability of loaners and onsite critical uptime parts. The RapidCare plan also provides priority access to field resources and technical support.

• QualityCare is designed to help ensure continuity of patient care through same-day delivery of loaner units, and to help keep customers’ monitoring and diagnostic cardiology products operating at their peak with performance-enhancing software upgrades.

• ValueCare offers service capabilities that emphasize dependability, flexibility and predictable cost.
