CRF Debuts 2025 Scientific Excellence Top 10 at TCT

The Cardiovascular Research Foundation Scientific's annual rankings recognize scientific excellence.

CRF Debuts 2025 SET-10 at TCT

Oct. 23, 2025 — At TCT 2025, the Cardiovascular Research Foundation (CRF) announced the 2025 SET-10 (Scientific Excellence Top 10), recognizing the academic and medical institutions driving the most impactful interventional cardiovascular research.

Launched in 2023, the SET-10 honors institutions whose groundbreaking research is shaping the future of cardiovascular care and advancing the science that saves lives.

This year’s rankings spotlight 33 institutions whose research was featured at TCT 2025 reflecting exceptional contributions across a wide range of categories — from basic science to late-breaking clinical research — both in the United States and around the world.

The SET-10 rankings are based on cumulative scores from submissions to TCT 2025 and celebrate institutions at the forefront of innovation in interventional cardiovascular medicine. Rankings are presented across six key categories: Global, United States, Non-U.S., Coronary, Structural, and Late-Breaking Clinical Research. Full methodology and the complete list of recognized institutions are available at www.tctconference.com/set-10.

“We’re proud to honor the institutions driving global progress in interventional cardiovascular medicine through the third annual CRF SET-10 rankings,” said Juan F. Granada, MD, President and CEO of CRF and TCT Program Director. “The research featured at TCT 2025 reflects the tremendous momentum in our field and the relentless pursuit of better patient outcomes. These institutions are not only fueling innovation — they’re shaping the future of cardiovascular care and inspiring the next generation of scientific discovery.”
