Clinical Grade BP Monitors from SunTech Medical at ISH 2012

September 13, 2012 — SunTech Medical will display its blood pressure monitoring technology at the International Society of Hypertension (ISH) 2012 exhibition. Visitors can view the Oscar 2 ambulatory blood pressure monitoring system, as well as the SunTech 247 blood pressure and vitals spot check device at booth #18. The show will take place Sept. 30 to Oct. 4 at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Center in Australia.

The Oscar 2 promotes patient compliance with its light, compact design that provides 24-hour blood pressure data using motion tolerant algorithms to reduce re-inflates and failed readings. Auto-intelligent inflation pressure also reduces measurement time, promoting patient comfort by controlling cuff inflation. The system also includes SunTech’s patented Orbit stretch-sleeve cuff to maintain proper placement and ensure accurate readings throughout any 24-hour study.

The SunTech 247 diagnostic spot check device provides clinical grade, one-touch automated and manual blood pressure readings. Optional temperature and pulse oximetry modules connect instantly without tools, allowing factory customization or instant field upgrades.
