Procedicus VIST Allows for Variety of Simulated Procedures

Procedicus VIST (Vascular Intervention Simulation Trainer) is a simulator for catheter-based procedures designed to allow relevant and realistic, hands-on training for angiography and interventional procedures at different levels.

By using real devices manipulated at any time during the procedure, the VIST reportedly provides real technique training. The active tactile feedback, while using real products and devices, makes the training experience realistic. The Procedicus VIST system enables practice for carotid, coronary, EP lead placement, iliac/SFA, neuro, renal, transseptal puncture and vena cava procedure.
