Premier cardiovascular digital health experience continues cultivating a community to examine and solve for future complex healthcare needs

September 11, 2023 — The Heart Rhythm Society (HRS) is gearing up for its second annual HRX event, bringing cardiovascular digital health innovators to the Emerald City. HRX is a global health and technology conference that convenes clinicians, engineers, product developers, investors, entrepreneurs, regulators, nonprofits, and patient advocacy groups together in an immersive, interactive experience. HRX provides an intimate, collaborative setting that brings together the best and the brightest from healthcare and technology who are challenging the status quo to transform patient care.

HRX 2023 will take place in-person from September 21-23, 2023, at Seattle’s new state-of-the-art convention center space, Summit. The unique one-room setting maximizes engagement, while fostering creativity and collaboration among attendees. Participants will examine today’s most significant challenges and explore potential solutions to propel the future of digital health.

“We are thrilled to bring back this one-of-a-kind conference for a second consecutive year,” said HRX Executive Co-Producer Sana M. Al-Khatib, MD, MHS, FHRS, CCDS. “This year, we look forward to bringing together innovators from various backgrounds who believe that the future of healthcare lies in virtual, digital and other cutting-edge technologies.”

HRX 2023 will provoke thought and inspire collaboration through a variety of cardiovascular digital health programming including:

  • Solutions-Focused Discussions and Presentations: Sessions spanning a wide range of topics, including emerging virtual care models, digital tech impact on health inequities, digital health funding perspectives, and more.
  • AbstracX: Powered by the Cardiovascular Digital Health Journal, HRX AbstracX will feature 15 selected innovators to showcase their work in 10-minute oral presentations.
  • Pitch Competition: A high-stakes session powered by the Cardiovascular Digital Health Journal, where five selected teams will compete on the HRX main stage for cash prizes from funders.

“Last year, HRX offered a new way to create incredible collaborations with a full range of stakeholders primed for accelerating innovation leveraging the power of digital health,” said HRX Executive Co-Producer Jagmeet P. Singh, MD, PhD, FHRS. “We are excited to see HRX continue creating a community of compassionate cardiovascular digital health innovators who are dedicated to advancing technological approaches to transform patient care.”
