Bracco Hosts TCT Breakfast on Contrast Media in Interventional Cardiology

September 15, 2009 – Bracco is hosting a breakfast symposium at TCT 2009, “Evidence-Based Selection of Contrast Media in Interventional Cardiology,” for interventional cardiologists, cardiologists, nurses and technologists, informing them of the latest clinical evidence for contrast-induced nephropathy, including risk factors and best treatment options.

The session begins at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, in room 130 at the Moscone Center, in San Francisco. This CME accredited program will focus on differences between contrast media class; potential risk factors for contrast-induced nephropathy, incidence and preventive measures; treatment options for prevention of contrast-induced nephropathy; risk profile for contrast-induced nephropathy; and difference in outcomes between contrast agents.
